Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
- Design and implement custom integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce environment.
Must Have
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 1-3 years of experience with integrating CRMs with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms
- Perfect written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative customization capabilities.
- Experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
