Salesforce Delivery Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to oversee Salesforce projects within our organization. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices. Review technical designs and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through thorough testing and review processes. Implement best practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project delivery. Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.  
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.

Must Have

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in project management, specifically managing Salesforce projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Perfect written and verbal English

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
