Junior Salesforce Consultant


As a Junior Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with our team of experienced consultants to assist in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience in one of the industry's leading CRM platforms.

  • Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements.
  • Assist in the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
  • Support the development of custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Assist in conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support to clients.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities as needed.
  • Stay on top with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.

Must Have

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Salesforce or management consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform (administration, configuration, or development) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of CRM concepts and principles.
